Entire lower level of lakefront home with private cove and dock. The lake is your backyard. Space includes three bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with two twin beds) a large great room with fireplace, pool table, theater room, dining area, small but well-equipped kitchenette, 12x60 covered patio. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $250 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available. The space A huge private covered patio with dining and casual seating, gas grill and corn-hole game. An easy walk down to the cove where we have a nice fire pit and and horse shoe game. Kayaks and pedal boats are free for our guests to use. Free on-site parking. Charging station in town. We are close to downtown Blairsville which has a large Ingles supermarket, and many dining options. There is a Super Walmart nearby. We have one small dog named Watson upstairs and chickens outside that love treats! Guest access A sidewalk on the right side of the house leads down to the lower level. A key box and entry through sliding glass door leads to the rental space where you will have complete privacy. We have a locked door on the inside stairs with a four-inch foam pad for sound suppression. We also have a gate at the top of the stairs to prevent our small dog from accessing the stairs. Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE: We are in residence upstairs, but you will have complete privacy with a separate entrance and a locked door on the stairs to the upper level. We frequently never meet or even see our guests. The "kitchenette" is a small former wet bar that has been outfitted with a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, convection burner, crock pot and griddle. There is no oven or stove, but there is a gas grill outside with a side burner for pasta, rice, or anything you would cook on a stove. Lake Nottely is a TVA "working" lake, which means there is a big draw-down in the Fall. Our cove is usually full from mid-April through September. They begin to drop the water after Labor Day. Our pontoon is available for rent during season, please check availability. We have a washer and dryer upstairs you are welcome to use. We plan to install one downstairs eventually, hopefully by next year. Unfortunately, we can't accept pets, but Nottely Oaks Animal Hospital and Pet Resort is approximately a mile down the road. They will happily board your furry friends, and release them for daytime adventures, to be returned later on. If you're interested in this option, just look them up.
