Cozy City, Mountain hide away! Great Area

We call this the City Mountain Hide Away because it’s just that! This is a newly transitioned official 1 bedroom with Full size bed, 1 bathroom guest house! You will enter down the property driveway into your own front door/ Detached from property! Feel free to enjoy the chairs out in the yard with your morning coffee. Take nice walks in the quiet neighborhood and get good rest at night! There is a kitchenette with 2 built in electric burners! Please read rules before booking. Ty :) The space This place was put together with some world touches. I love travel and have brought back color and a unique style while transitioning this space into a whole guest house! Note: We have had 3 long term tenants within the last year, finally the place is open for short term bookings! All this to say the sporadic review gaps. Guest access Feel free to use the chairs around the outdoor bonfire for use. Use of the patio will need to be requested as I may be using that day. Other things to note There are plenty of restaurants and parks, hiking, and activities in the area! Venture out it’s a great place. Please also note the neighborhood is very quiet after 9pm so please be respectful of our neighborhood. Please be sure to turn OFF all utilities when not at home such as AC/ Heating unit and lights. I will have to charge an excessive use fee if not followed. Also I do have a small miniature poodle who loves to meet new people. I allow him to run the yard in the morning and evenings, very friendly and loving :) Thank you!
