Beautiful Sunny Room

Celebrating 5 years as SuperHosts! Beautiful, sweet room (not huge) windows on three sides, lots of light during the day, with blackout curtains. Incredibly comfortable Queen size bed! We offer this room at a lower price than the other larger rooms, but you have all the same amenities. Also has its own entrance and private little porch in the back! Central Air Conditioning and Heating. Private lock to the room, with key. The space You're welcome to use the kitchen (other than cooking on the stove and oven.. stick to microwave, please...There is a dedicated fridge for storing food, for guests. There is an enormous veranda/porch with plenty of seating. We would prefer this outdoor area to be the place to socialize - healthier for everyone. We respect our neighbors though, and keep our voices quiet after 11 pm. Guest access It has its own private door in the back During your stay We love to meet and greet, but also respect if you like to be private. And it's great when guests meet other guests! Other things to note We do not have private parking in the rear, but there is plenty of FREE, well-lit street parking all around us. You can park right next to the house, usually.
