Ten acres, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 fireplaces, 2 huge TVs, movie projector, treadmill, bikes, pool table, ping pong, wifi, washer-dryer, gourmet kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and more! We are 4 miles from the adorable town of Chatham, 20 min from design-mecca Hudson and 30 min from charming Great Barrington. The space This is one of the most beautiful properties in Chatham. The sunsets over the lake are absolutely stunning! Kids (and adults) can't get enough of the indoor pool and hot tub. We are a Brooklyn-based couple who do not rent the house out often; we put a lot of love into the house and the furniture is modern, tasteful, and of high quality. We have quality linens and robes for guests as well. You can spend evenings cooking in the gourmet kitchen, cozying up by the fireplace with a glass of wine, playing a game of pool--or even going for a dip in the indoor pool!
