Chalet Bellevue 5 minutes from the Massif du Sud

Beautiful cottage located in Buckland, a stone's throw from the Massif du Sud and about 1 hour from the bridges (45 minutes from Lévis). Superb location for nature and winter sports lovers. The cottage is bordered by a river at the back and a small lake (swimming) at the front - a beautiful private skating rink in winter. The chalet is registered with the CITQ (number #222778). The space There is one closed bedroom on the first floor, 2 semi-open bedrooms upstairs at the mezzanine level, and a solarium overlooking the beautiful river at the back, which can be used as a bedroom (for 2 people). The cottage contains everything you need to feel comfortable: bedding, internet, TV + DVDs, towels, dishes, stove, microwave, washer and dryer, coffee machine, fondue bowls, toaster, etc... As for outdoors activities, there are large Canadian chairs, two barbecues, a hammock, bicycles, a small inflatable dinghy (for the lake), and more. The cottage is non-smoking. It is also important to respect our neighbours on the private road. Guest access There are lots of room to park in the yard. When using the yard or trying to access the river, please do so within the boundaries of the property (without crossing through the neighbor's). Once at the river's level, you can pretty much go everywhere. :) Thank you. Other things to note We've been told that there were trouts in the river at the back but we haven't veirifed it ourselves. Some have told us that people have come and tried fishing there before. The little lake in front of the cottage does not contain any fish.
