Mill Cabin at Deschutes Dunes River/ beach access

This Mill Cabin is located in one of the most central, westside Bend neighborhoods along the Deschutes River. The modest, no frills two bedroom 1918 cabin was home to some of Bend’s earliest mill workers. It features a rustic theme and most of the basic stuff you'll need for a great stay. The main highlight is LOCATION, the fabulous yard and direct river access. The space The cabin is quirky, and missing a bit of the conveniences of modern homes. THIS IS A CABIN. Don’t book it if you want fancy. This is probably the one of most affordable accommodations in the neighborhood. You can walk past the smaller Deschutes Cabin and the entire riverfront is for you to enjoy! The Mill Cabin is considered a “streetside” cabin, whereas the Deschutes Cabin is considered a “riverside” cabin. Our five cabins are situated over three riverfront lots and the water access is considered SHARED common area. Get out and enjoy the Great beach areas with Adirondack chairs to kick back and relax. Dock and river floats to hop in the river with. There's a Solo Stove, fire column. Almost like being at a little private resort. Guest access Easy, self check in. Guests have use of the entire Riverfront which includes the dock, deck with high chairs and sandy beach areas. As this space is considered SHARED among guests, please consider that. We have FIVE UNITS on THREE LOTS. Enjoy and relax. Other things to note The properties include three lots from the fence beyond the dock to the end of the sandy beach. The other cabins can also be rented as well. High speed 1 GB internet. Pet Friendly. All we ask is for $10 per night, be responsible and clean up after them.
