The master bedroom has a flat screen smart TV with cable. The house borders the beautiful grounds of St. Georges Prep School. There is a ping pong table in the 4th lower level bedroom. There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking The deck has table with umbrella, chairs and lounge chairs. You will be fully equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and boogey boards. Tennis is close by and we can make arrangements for you to play on the St. George's courts. There are private and public golf courses nearby. Another feature about renting on Purgatory Lane is the fantastic walks along the beach, to the geologic anomaly, Purgatory Chasm and the Norman Bird Sanctuary. A free parking pass is available for 3rd beach, located about a mile away and visible from the deck. Less crowded and more tranquil than the closer 2nd beach, 3rd beach has no waves and great spot to take non-swimming kids.
