Recently renovated cottage close to Geneva on the Lake-1 mile from Eddie's Grill! A 2 bedroom SMOKE FREE cottage on a private drive with oversized yard for up to 6 people. Enjoy fun at the Strip, hunt for beach glass at one of our local beaches, visit any of the area's award winning wineries, or explore Ashtabula County's many covered bridges. Kick back on the covered porches & watch the wild life, try your hand at our yard games or hang around the fire pit & Tiki bar with friends and family. Cottage has a large drive way, more than enough parking. Yard has fire pit, including some wood to start you out with additional wood available for a fee, Tiki bar with lights, stools and Petey the Parrot. Lawn chairs on each porch and around the fire pit. Lot of room for the kids to run around! Want to pitch a tent, no problem, just let us know. Front and back decks are covered. There is a charcoal grill with some charcoal provided. An activity closet has small assortment of board games, puzzles, card games, coloring books, etc. Light up cornhole boards, yard yatze, and ladder toss available for those yard tournaments. Additional parking, including for a boat is available-just ask! New this summer...2 adult bikes! Take them for a spin to the Strip via the paved bike path! Bedrooms have queen beds, with pillows, blankets and throw blankets provided. Bedding and pillows are available for the sofa bed. We provide towels for the kitchen and bathroom. Forgot your toothbrush, don't worry limited toiletries available. Kitchen has standard refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, mixer, blender, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, some paper products--and much more, have a question, just send us a message! AND did we mention the coffee bar?? Whether you are brewing a pot or a single cup-we have you covered! Enjoy regular coffee or one of our flavored coffees, creamers, teas, or flavored hot chocolates. Area attractions can be driven to, you can walk or bike to the Strip on the paved bike path, limited Ubers are available from May to September, limited area taxis. Owners close by! Close enough to enjoy the action and fun on the Strip yet far enough away to kick back, relax and enjoy peace and quiet.A true hidden gem!! The area has limited Uber from May to September. There are taxis available too. You can walk to the Strip, bring your bikes or borrow ours, a paved bike path takes you to the Strip. NEW FOR JULY 2021: Keyless entry! NO EARLY CHECK INS!!! This includes bag drop offs and parking. Guests entering before 3pm will be charged an additional night. We live on the same road, you will pass our home and our security cameras will record the time you arrive. Cottage is NON SMOKING inside-no exceptions, not even because of weather! No pets-don't ask, no exceptions are made No guests are to stay in the cottage past the number of guests in the paid reservation. Violation of this rule will result in you being charged additional guest fees, cleaning fees, and you will receive a negative review. The cottage is owner cleaned and maintained. We inspect the cottage after every guest. Please show our cottage the same respect you would your own home.
