Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are close to many amenities such as Legoland, SD Animal Park, Wave Waterpark, beaches and much more. We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area. The space The apartment is downstairs and located in a 210 unit gated complex and comes with secure permit only parking and is 950 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms with top of the line mattresses and there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room with a nice size patio, and a bistro table to enjoy your morning coffee or a afternoon cocktail and has golf course views.
