Hortense and Théo, a young couple who have been running this hotel *** & restaurant since 2020, welcome you to this fortress with their young and dynamic team, making sure that you live an unusual and rejuvenating experience. Our establishment now offers a Contemporary Table, a restaurant in which the Chef Théo Barberis, manager, Chef of the restaurant and village child, invites you to taste modern cuisine, refined and inventive. For the less rushed, the dream continues... you will return to your room, bewitched by this medieval atmosphere; under the canopy, the wandering imagination will lull you in the silence Trigançois. In the morning breakfast will be served on the large terrace with a view. The rooms feature a four-poster bed, antique furniture and wall tapestries. This suite also includes a private terrace. This room cannot accommodate extra beds.
