The hotel features a gorgeous Pool & Jacuzzi nestled in tropical foliage with a cascading waterfall. The space This is a Spacious One Bedroom Apartment with a large, fully equipped kitchen (Sorry fridge ice maker doesn't work we have a countertop portal ice maker) with a bar adjoining the living room. The unit also features a very large patio that extends from the bedroom to the living room, step outside to enjoy the fresh breeze off the bay. The Bedroom has a large walk in closet, and there is a stackable washer and dryer inside the unit. Step right out of this lovely residence into the heart of Coconut Grove, a major destination for tourists and locals alike. The location is unbeatable. The Sofa is a sleeper bed so this unit comfortably sleeps 4 people. We have a mattress topper making this sofa sleeper extra comfy. - Smart TVs for streaming content - Local Cable channels - Xfinity network - High Speed Internet (separate private internet for this room) - Unit close to back door of the hotel leading to the garage. great for dog walking and easy access to the garage. you don't need to use the main lobby elevator to get to this unit. - Coffee Maker and Coffee Provided - Pots, Pans and Cookware provided, if we don't have it we will get it to you asap, just ask! Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves and will have access to all amenities of the hotel including free parking in the garage, pool, jacuzzi, and the gym. The restaurant is open to the public. if you need to have packages sent please send us a request so we can explain how to address the packages. Other things to note This unit comes with free parking. If entering from bayshore drive main hotel entrance, tell Valet you wish to self park mention the unit number they will open the guard gate for you. Self Parking is on levels 4 through 6. Valet is $30 per day if you choose to use it. We will also provide a gate access card for the grand ave parking entrance.
