The unit also features a roomy patio and large sliding glass door to enjoy the fresh breeze off the bay. The Bedroom has a large closet, and there is a stackable washer and dryer inside the unit. Step right out of this lovely residence into the heart of Coconut Grove, a major destination for tourists and locals alike. The location is unbeatable. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves and will have access to all amenities of the hotel including free parking in the garage, pool, jacuzzi, and the gym. Other things to note Please note the hotel will collect a deposit that is refundable when you check out. Valet is $30 per day. You may tell them you want to self park and see if they let you do it. Self parking is on levels 4 -6 some of the valet guys will open the gate for you and allow it. Just tell them you are in unit 215 and want to self park to try to get the free parking. if not you will need to valet. most guests have success with Self Parking. The hotel will charge you an $130 cleaning fee at check out.
