This condo is on the first level, no stairs to walk up or down. It's 3 bedrooms 2 bath. Master bedroom with a king bed, twin bedroom has a walk in closet and queen also has a closet. All bedrooms have Roku Tvs. There is a crib and highchair for use for the little ones. Community has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, picnic area, and gym. There is parking in front of the condo. The community is off of 192. 10-15 mins from Disney, and other attractions. 192 has shopping, restaurants, and Fun Spot. The space The community has a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room and a clubhouse. The clubhouse has brochures of area attractions, and vending machines. The clubhouse is the entry to the pool and fitness area. There is a picnic area near the pool. Both bathrooms in the condo have hair dryers. TV's in every room with Roku, cable is Spectrum you can find that by using the app on the Tv, and WiFi. There is also a safe in the master closet. Full kitchen with a dish washer. Large living room. Inside the condo there is a washer and dryer. There are no stairs. The master has a walk in shower but has a step to get into the shower. Please look through the guest book with notes from other guests and please leave a message. The binder has information about the condo and the area around. There are lots to do close by. Guest access Guests are able to access all parts of the condo, except for locked closets and the nest. I am available to higher or lower the temperature of the condo. The pantry in the kitchen has extras that are for all guests to help themselves to. Other things to note As a courtesy to our guests we provide start off items which are.. Every trash bin having a trash bag and the kitchen has an extra trash bag.. 1 roll of toilet paper plus an extra roll in each bathroom and hotel style toiletries.. 1 roll of paper towels 1 pod for the dishwasher 1 package of laundry detergent 1 bar soap each bathroom Our condo is nicknamed Rocky's House.
