MidCentury 1 Bed : Superb location to SeaTac

Peaceful setting conveniently located one mile from Seatac Airport. We are not within the flight path, so air traffic noise is very minimal. Extremely convenient for early morning departures/late night arrivals. Access is via an electronic keypad, so there is no need to meet in person to gain entry to the home. I've been a BnB host (and co-host) since 2012, welcoming hundreds of guests from all around the world for the past 8 years. I've hosted in Chicago, Portland, Seattle, and now Tukwila. The space A 1963 mid-century modern house furnished with many vintage pieces. This is not a cookie-cutter space furnished via big box stores. Guest access The open-plan living area leads into the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, pots/pans, and spices to make cooking a breeze. The guest bedroom is dedicated to BnB use only (and has never been my personal space). There is a comfy queen sized mattress with high thread count linens and down pillows. The sheets/duvet are cleaned after each check-out in hot water (per CDC guidelines to help eliminate COVID-19). The full bathroom (with attached laundry area) is fully sanitized between guests. Finally, the back deck (directly off the kitchen) spans the entire north side of the house. There is usually a light breeze and it's a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning cup or watch the sunset. I have comfortable chairs and a dining table to dine al fresco. The entire main level of the house is yours to enjoy during your stay. Note that the basement is a stand-alone apartment that might be occupied by another BnB visitor and/or the home owner during your stay. There are separate entrances to each unit, so there is no co-mingling of guests. Other things to note Please note this is a conflict-free space. I openly welcome guests of all genders, race, and am also LGBTQ friendly. Note that there is a cat which resides at the property, and has had prior access to the main portions of the house. Although the bedroom has always been off limits to him, (and I conduct rigorous cleaning protocols) if you are highly allergic you may want to stay elsewhere.
