You'll be entering a stunning mid-century home designed & built by Sedona Artist Victoria Norton. Our home is located in Uptown Sedona, the Beverly Hills of the Desert Southwest. You'll enjoy the combo of mid-century blueprints with high cathedral ceilings & views from its exquisitely placed windows. We allow < 2 dogs; please book at the onset. We give DISCOUNTS for stays > 1 WEEK 20% & 33% for > 28 DAYS! There's NO ON SITE OWNER - you'll have total privacy. CITY OF SEDONA STR PERMIT # 005064 The space NOTE: OUR STATE OF ARIZONA TPT BUSINESS LICENCE NUMBER IS 21339033. All the photos are NOT altered and were taken on the actual parcel where our home resides from the GROUND as you as a guest would experience it - not from a drone as a bird would see it. Thinking of staying at a home with stellar views where you have the whole house to yourself to rent? So come and stay at the Sedonic Utopian Château which is nestled inside the picturesque Lazy Bear Estates in Uptown Sedona where you will only hear the wildlife and natural elements - and with stellar views. Also, we have the lowest prices of ANY home for its size & elegance in Uptown Sedona. At our home, all you will find the indigenous tree and plant life natural to the forest in our neighborhood & around our home on the 1/3 of an acre parcel – and it’s all for you and your family to experience and enjoy. Uptown Sedona is very unique due to its safety & serenity as compared with homes in West Sedona or the Chapel Area. Our home in Uptown has great views and you don't hear all the traffic from the 89A or the 179 highways as many homes up on the hill sides have. Uptown also is close to many different and exciting features that Sedona has to offer. Our home comes with 18 foot ceilings with stunning views of Mormon Canyon, it's located in the exclusive Lazy Bear Estates Area which is nestled inside the Canyon. The home accommodates up to 6 guests, there are 4 bedrooms & 2 FULL bathrooms; there is 1 king bed in the master bedroom suite (which has its' own bathroom, view of Camelback Rock and a sliding door to the deck), 2 queen beds between two bedrooms; and, the 4th bedroom (with a roll away bed), which acts as a viewing room with a 50 inch HD screen for watching TV or going on line with your phone or laptop; and, finally what you will see when you first enter the home is the Living Room, fireplace, and dining area. This massive room can be used exclusively for meditation & relaxation. We allow up to 2 DOGS; however, ALL DOGS MUST BE ADDED UPON BOOKING. There is a one-time pet fee of $150 per stay. This is in order for us to better prepare before and after your stay. There are state of the art kitchen appliances with a new convection oven / stove with microwave, new dishwasher, and a 2021 LG XTRA Large washer & dryer laundry set - PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR SMART PHONE TO PROGRAM THESE UNITS. If you use the dishwasher, please be aware that the soap dispenser sometimes does not open so just put the soap pouch inside the soap dispenser without closing the door; that will ensure the dishes get cleaned fully. There is NO FOOD in the house; therefore, you need to bring your own food and cook your own meals. This is NOT a bed and breakfast. Also, as all AirBNB hosts, we expect our guests to clean up after themselves; therefore, we do not provide a continual cleaning service during any stay - which we clean after our guests leave. Our home has been designed for those who not only love the outdoors but also those who love the design of mid-century modern. Our home sits on a third of an acre with a complete natural setting of the foliage indigenous to the area; with a mid-century & natural palette that is sure to people please. As you will see from the description, it has all the amenities Wi-Fi, cable, and all the kitchen appliances you need. The wild animals also use our land as a path for food, so don't be surprised if you see mule deer, javelina, coyotes, bobcats, and lots of quails as you sit on the deck. Your ceiling at night will be the Milky-Way. Enjoy! We only ask our guests to respect the neighbors in the area and not have parties or events at our home. Also, we ask you to be careful with our house because it's an older home, especially with the sliders and the windows. If they get off the track, it costs a bundle to get them repaired. Also, we provide soft top water proof blankets for visiting dogs. Please place them on top of beds & furniture for your pets - it makes it easier for our cleaning crew after your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any parties or events (due to AZ SB 1168 which was signed into law in late June 2022 by the Governor of AZ). Also we cannot allow any re-arranging of furniture in order to create an office space. Any remote work can be done from a laptop or a PC that is WiFi compatible from any part of the home or deck area. Also, we have Suddenlink with a speed at 150 MBPS, which is the best Sedona has to offer. We are sorry, but we can not allow any in person meetings, additional guests, or in person classes of any kind in our home. We do not allow children under 2 years old. There are two gated areas. the deck and the backyard. We urge you to NOT leave them outside for coyotes will jump the fence, and snatch them away from you. Our emergency contact is our manager, Jordan Rivera, who is available 24/7. His cell phone number and contact information are available once you have checked in. If an emergency should occur, then Mr. Rivera will respond within 1 hour of your text or call. THERE ARE 4 OUTDOOR CAMERAS located next to the front, back doors, one next to south garden area, and one facing towards the east garden area next to the deck - all are for your safety. Also, no drugs are allowed on site. NOTE: Both of the owners and all their employees have been FULLY vaccinated against COVID. Also we use a 48 hour minimum vacancy period is employed between guest's stays; additionally, an aerating process along with our 8-STEP OSHA CLEANING PROCESS is performed with bleach and UV lights to insure our home is not only clean but SAFE as well. We only ask that our guests follow CDC and Arizona State Health Guidelines. Guest access The entire home is available to our guests. Other things to note All internet access instruction and rules are listed on AirBNB and with our manager. We pride ourselves on saving trees by not using paper. We are fully available via phone to answer any questions you may have or solve any challenges with your stay. Don’t hesitate to reach out.
