Orchard Suite with kitchen and horse facilities

The base rental area is 1100 square feet most of which has an 10 ft ceiling. It includes a comfortable living room/dining room and separate bedroom. It has a king bed and dresser, a couch seating area with TV, a table and chairs for dining, a full kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. A laundry facility is available for extended stay guests by request. For travelers transporting horses, there is a one-acre, post-and-rail fenced pasture and stall at an additional fee upon arrival. The space Our rental unit is attached to our house that is located off a main artery with easy access to the many amenities of downtown Grand Junction and all the surrounding recreation areas. Our home is situated on a 4.5 acre property that includes a small orchard and a pasture. There is no horse on the property, however, there is a fenced pasture available for guest's horse(s) during their stay. Rental property is for non-smoking guests.
