My place is close to Greater Miami Valley Bike Path, University of Dayton, art and culture, restaurants and dining, shopping, family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, location, location. Please note that booking must be for 25 nights or more. The space The space was originally a chauffeur's apartment above the detached garage of our 100+-year-old house in a suburban area 2 miles from downtown. Entry is private, with keyless lock. Over many years, a couple of our kids have lived there while going to school, and it has served as quarters for overflow guests and as a quiet and pleasant space for writing. Though advertised for two guests, there is available a 30" rollaway bed and a portable crib for couples with one or two young children. Guest access The entire apartment, including a main room with pull-out bed, full bath facilities, and kitchen area with cooking capability will be available for you. Other things to note WiFi and smart TV are included.
