The Pool House Too offers the best of all worlds, with a gorgeous private plunge pool, jungle setting, and only one minute walk from beautiful Paunch beach. Lush private gardens surround the pool and covered outside lounge/dining patio. The house has AC in the bedroom, comfortable lounge with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and one and a half bathrooms. There is a private washer/dryer, private covered parking and good WiFi. There are seven good restaurants within walking distance of the house. The space The house is accessed by three steps leading to the large, covered patio with dining and lounge area and the pool. The patio is perfect for enjoying the gardens and the many different bird species that visit, relaxing on the sofas or in the deck chairs with your morning coffee, or listening to the crickets begin to chirp as the sun goes down. The plunge pool has a built-in seat, allowing you to sit and relax in the pool with a cooling drink any time of the day. Sliding glass doors give access to the inside lounge and kitchen area. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a smart TV, great for being cozy inside on a rainy day and enjoying a movie. There's also a table and stools for two for inside dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a full meal if you wish. There is also clean, filtered drinking water on tap. The bed is queen size with 100% percale cotton linens, soft pillows, a deliciously comfortable pillow top mattress pad, and a light cotton blanket for cooler nights. There are efficient wall fans cooling the lounge, bedroom, and ensuite bathroom plus air conditioning in the bedroom for warmer nights. The spacious ensuite bathroom has double sinks and hot water rain shower. The guest half bathroom has a toilet and sink plus the washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent. The trees on the property and surrounding the house are often visited by monkeys and toucans and an amazing array of other birds. The house is situated on a private property with three other houses surrounded by jungle and gardens and accessed by a main property gate and is just a short walk down the private driveway to reach the beach and the surf. You can hear the sound of the waves from the house, a beautiful sound to fall asleep to. There are seven good restaurants offering breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance of the house, and Bocas town, with many restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities is only a 10 minute taxi ride away. We provide the makings of your first breakfast which are either bagels and eggs or a vegan oat and chia pudding, and fruit, butter and milk and there are plentiful supplies of coffee, sugar and teas (a selection of black, green and herbal teas for the duration of your stay). We also provide oil, local hot sauce, and a selection of spices and herbs. On booking, you'll receive our guest information document with full details of recommended tours, vehicle rental, transport services, restaurants and so on. We are happy to answer any questions you have to help make your stay a memorable one. Our beautiful Pool House One and Sun House sleeping two people in each house are located right next door to The Pool House Too, so if you need more accommodation for your group (up to 8 people), this is the perfect place for you. Guest access The house, private garden, patios, private pool, car port and house are for your use only. Other things to note Please note that there is no safety fence or cover for the pool. There are both dogs and cats on the property, they are all very friendly. The dogs don't have access to the Pool House Too as their area is fenced. You may get a visit from one of our cats. Be warned... you may not want to leave!
