The space The guesthouse is a separate structure with its entrance door. - 240 sqft studio. - A/C unit. - Queen-size bed. - Full bathroom. - The kitchenette has a two-burner electric stove, bar sink, kitchen supplies/utensils, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. We are located approximately half a mile (3/4 km) from Playa Azul (5-min drive or 20-min walk). Our home is in a safe and quiet residential area. Keep it in mind as we are not beach front located. Guest access Access to the studio is through a side gate, walking to the back of the property. Parking spot included on the side driveway and/or on the street. Since the property is located in a quiet neighborhood, you will be able to rest if that's what you are looking for during your stay. On the other hand, guests are more than welcome to join us on the front porch anytime my family and I are there, we enjoy meeting our guests and making them feel at home. Come explore and experience Puerto Rican culture, practice your Spanish, and live like a local. Other things to note - If you like to hike, ask for recommendations of mesmerizing beaches and spots to explore and enjoy, always considering our mother nature, cleaning after ourselves. - The entrance of El Yunque it's just driving 15 minutes from our property. This is the only Tropical Rainforest in the National Forest System. - The ferry to neighboring islands Vieques and Culebra is located just 30 mins away, in Ceiba. - The Airport (SJU) is 45 mins away. - Old San Juan is 1 hour away.
