Perfect for two, this ground-floor retreat sits right between Jax Beach and Neptune Beach, putting you steps from the sand and a short walk from some of the best food on the First Coast. The space The studio fits a queen bed, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom in a clean, efficient layout. The kitchen is fully stocked — Keurig, coffee pods, blender, dish soap, and cooking basics — so you can fuel up before a morning surf or cook a full meal instead of eating out every night. In-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and stay longer. Free street parking out front takes one more thing off your plate. Keyless entry lets you check in on your schedule, no coordination needed. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected whether you're working remotely for a day or just streaming after a long beach afternoon. The ocean is literally a one-minute walk. Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk for fresh seafood and cold drinks. Mellow Mushroom is right there too — great craft beer and wood-fired pizza after a day in the sun. Refinery Jax Beach, with oceanview dining, is a 7-minute walk. Summer in Jax Beach means packed weekend surf and evening concerts at the pier — this location puts you in the middle of all of it. One practical note: this studio is located below an upstairs apartment. Some foot noise from above is possible. If that's a concern, message us and we'll find you a better fit in the portfolio. Keyless self check-in, sound machine, beach towels, and full bath supplies are all included. A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required.
