Enclosed deck/porch adds a room to your available space, Amenities like fast wifi and a dedicated workspace , Smart tv in living room with pull out Queen size inflatable sofa bed extra comfortable, kitchenette, includes microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster,assorted dishes, coffee cups, utensils. Full bathroom with bath/shower combo, master with Queen size bed , extra bedding, towels, wash clothes, hand towels. Our cozy suite sleeps 4 but is most comfortable with 2 adults, OR 2 adults with child or pet. This suite is a separate space in a shared house, guests are separate from adjacent unit and do not share or interact within the house, although there is a common wall which could allow voices or other noise to pass thru. **This suite is private but Not sound proof-the house manager lives in other unit. We always try to be respectful of normal sound expectations during our guests stay. There is an outdoor screened in porch that is exclusively used by our guests in this unit. Guests will enter thru private screened in porch, You will be given access code to enter. Main entry into living room area with pull out Queen size (inflatable) sofa sleeper, with sink, small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Private bath includes towels,washclothes ,soap,shampoo,conditioner and other travel items in case you forgot. Master bedroom has full closet with hangers, extra bedding,pillows etc. Also in master is desk area for laptop. We have provided a monitor should you need it. There is a full table & chairs eating space on screened in deck. There are tv trays provided for casual indoor eating. Easy access thru app communication. Private entry with coded door.
