Cozy second story studio apartment

Cozy non smoking or vaping Studio apartment located above our detached garage. Kitchenette, big screen TV with cable, and WIFI. I have 1 king size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, So you can sleep 4 people, two in the bed and two on the sofa hid a bed. We are Located in a quiet rural farming community about 30 minutes South of Provo Utah. Beautiful Mountain View with Easy access to the Freeway . We have a Convenient BBQ area with a pergola and mood lighting for a relaxing night setting. The space We have convenient, outside parking in front of our home and one outside spot in the back near the appt, next to a park like setting. Guest access The front door to the cottage is well lit with a motion sensor porch light and solar torches to guide your way to the front door right next to your parking area. Other things to note This is a non smoking or vaping property. There is parking near the apartment in the back in front of the railroad ties near the lawn. If you have more than one vehicle additional parking is on the street in front of the main house. If you want to go for a ride we have multiple beautiful national forests with places to picnic and hike. There are some small lakes and places to camp. Shopping is 30 minutes away and 60 minutes North of us in Provo and Salt Lake (The Big City) and plenty of things to do. My wife still works, so you may hear the garage door open in the morning around 8:30 am. I am retired and for the most part available for any questions or needs you may have.
