Key pickup at SML office required. Sec. deposit waiver of $49 available instead The space 2001 is a 10th (top) floor unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating 6 guests. The condo has a living room and a full kitchen, and Sugar Top boasts incredible long range views. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil. The condo has an electric fireplace insert, so you won't have to worry about buying wood or not being able to use it when there's high wind. The ground floor of the condo building features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness room. Sugar Top condos do not have air conditioning. The units only have a 38 gallon water heater , due to space limitations. This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. . Guest access All arrivals packets are currently being left in the Late Arrivals box next to the door. This helps reduce contact during this time of Covid-19. While the rental office is closed to the public, we're always available by phone or appointment. Arriving earlier than 4pm? Let us know! If it's possible for you to check in earlier, we'll be happy to do it. However, if someone is leaving the morning of your arrival, this can be difficult. Other things to note All our properties are set up with 3 towels and 3 washcloths per bathroom. We provide a starter roll of toilet paper, two small bars of soap, and a garbage can liner per bathroom. Kitchens have a dishcloth and towel, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent if applicable, and a garbage can liner. Beds are made up with fresh sheets and pillow cases, and sofa beds have fresh sets of sheets either stacked on the sofa or placed nearby. We do not provide a daily housekeeping service or replenish the starter supplies. What to bring: Paper towels, extra toilet paper, extra soap, coffee, coffee filters, cooking supplies such as cooking sprays, oils, spices and foil. Rental units do have appliances large and small, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. If staying at Sugar Top, don’t forget to bring your pool towels! If you’re coming in the warm summer months, bring a jacket just in case. If you’re coming in the cold winter months, bring something lighter weight, just in case. Our weather is infamous for it’s quick changes!
