Shaver Lake Lofts - Fishing Flat (IN town)

Location, location, location! Cozy & comfortable loft in the heart of Shaver Lake Village. Located next to the Shaver Lake Deli (Home of Famous Chunky Bread), it is a very close walk to restaurants and shops and a 5 minute drive to the lake. Make this your home base for all of your outdoor adventures! Please review the entire listing before booking. The space The apartment has a loft bedroom, 1 bathroom and living room/dining room. The loft has a queen bed and the living room couch folds into a queen bed, to provide comfortable sleeping for up to 4 adults. Linens - We DO provide clean linens. Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels and a bathroom hand towel. Toiletries - We DO provide bar soap. We DO NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, etc. Wi-Fi - We DO provide Wi-Fi. This is more of a hotel room, than an apartment. There is not a full kitchen but there is a microwave and mini fridge. There is a smart TV in the living that is on WiFi. HEATING & COOLING -There is a window AC downstairs and a fan upstairs. To increase the cold air flow, crack the bedroom window. -There is no whole house heat! Space heaters are provided. Guest access We do not live on site. You will have access to the entire building, as well as parking right out front. Other things to note Pets - Well behaved and house trained dogs are welcome! 2 MAXIMUM. They must be on a leash outside of the building, are not allowed on the furniture and CANNOT be left alone in the apartment. Sorry, no cats. The stairs to the loft bedroom are VERY steep and unprotected at the top. They may be difficult for children or those with mobility issues. There can be road noise, as the flat faces Highway 168.
