Here's some important information to make your stay comfortable: First off, let us tell you that our location is amazing! You'll find yourself close to all the attractions Miami has to offer. Plus, the unit is impeccably clean and gets plenty of natural light. Please keep in mind that you'll only have access to the package room for deliveries. However, if you need access to the mailbox, there's a small $50 fee. Also, your unit comes with one key and fob. If you need an extra one, you can purchase it from the management office next to security. There is a fee for the spare key and fob. Although the Opera Tower pools are currently closed due to a leak, the rec floor is open for gym use. So, you won't miss out on your fitness routine. The parking garage has a transponder fee of $25 per stay. This helps us keep the garage safe and secure for all our guests. You will need to register with the association and pay a registration fee of $150 per reservation. However, the association may change its registration charges. When you arrive, please go to the front desk to sign in. You'll have access to all the buildings and amenities through biometric facial recognition. And, if you need help with anything, just ask for Cynthia. She's always happy to assist you. Management is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM Thank you for choosing Opera Towers Condominium as your stay location. We're excited to have you here! Guest access Please take note that you will have access to the entire apartment, including the Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Panoramic Balcony, Bedroom, Walk-In Closet, Laundry, and Bathroom. Moreover, you can enjoy the shared Condo Amenities, such as the Lobby, Elevators, Fitness Center, Pool (CURRENTLY CLOSED) Deck, Hot Tub, Sauna, Lounge/Media & Entertainment Room, Resting Areas, and Parking Garage. It is mandatory to register all adults over the age of 18 on your Airbnb reservation. We require this information by Opera Tower Management to provide access to the Front Desk for registered guests and ensure a smooth check-in process and access to all building amenities. Please note that only registered guests will be allowed to enter the building. Your reservation includes one free assigned and secured parking space. However, if you require additional parking, you can opt for valet parking, which costs around $20 daily. Additionally, there is a city parking lot located next to Opera Tower, which charges $15 per day. Opera Tower has security cameras in shared/common areas for your safety. Please remember that no animals or pets are allowed in the unit.
