In the heart of Queen Anne, minutes away from bus stops to downtown Seattle, a variety of festivals at Seattle Center, and lower Queen Anne - featuring a taste of Seattle restaurants and cafes. The space PLEASE NOTE: this house has a no party, no event policy and quiet hours must be observed. THE SPACE: This spacious 2 story home is the main unit of a duplex-style house and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a view of Puget Sound. From the balcony you can sit and gaze out at the water as the ferry boats cross over coffee. Built and designed for light, this home offers sunshine, even on classic Seattle day. With one brand new queen size bed in each of the three bedrooms, this house will very comfortably fits 6 guests. We also have two twin folding mattresses that will provide sleeping for 8 guests in this house. KITCHEN: There are great places to eat close by, however a nice perk of renting an apartment is having access to the the kitchen. Feel free to use the appliances and prep and eat at home or the patio and relax in the sun. AMENITIES: Amenities like fresh towels and linens are furnished. You also have access to high speed internet, Roku and Netflix during your stay. LIVING/DINING ROOMS: There is a living room equipped with TV and Netflix access, and a dining room for guests to mingle. PARKING: Free street parking is available right in front of my house and is rarely a problem. There is enough space for three cars right in front of my house. For longer stay you may inquire about secure parking in the back of the house. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The stop for bus numbers 1 and 2 that take you to downtown Seattle is less than 5 minutes away from the house.
