Our 1 story home is close to the beach. You’ll love the location to shops & restaurants, music & entertainment. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. We rent it 3 ways: this is the entire house. House without En-Suite for 2 couples or folks with kids for full kitchen, dining living room, 2 TV, 2 BR 1 king & 1 queen, & 1B. OR just the Suite with private entrance for a couple with shower, jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, kitchenette & king bed. Very comfortable home and a great location. Large natural gas grill on the covered back porch with a big back yard, porch swing, chiminea for evening fire. You are surrounded by nature with fruit trees, berry bushes, flowers and butterflies, hummingbirds and many local birds depending on the time of the year. We have three exits including the front door, outside door to the master suite, and the back door to the Florida room. All have key locks and deadbolts. You'll enjoy ample parking for 3 or 4 cars. Circle drive for easy access. Gourmet kitchen with new 5 burner gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave plus two sink's. Access to washer and drier. You Will have access to our Wi-Fi and 3 Smart TVs one you can access in the living room, Florida Room bedroom and master suite to stream Your favorite shows and movies. There is a DVD player in the living room and a chest of games for adults and one for kids. Pets welcome with a $25 pet fee paid to owners at time of check in. (not per pet) We are just a phone call away and if you need on site assistance our daughter and sister live very close to our home. We will have all our phone numbers listed on the information packet you will find on the kitchen bar when you arrive. In the front yard there are Beautiful flower gardens with strawberries in the spring and summer. There is a fountain that comes on automatically during the day for your enjoyment. There is a wine bottle tree to bring good spirits into our home. There is also a little free library in front of the wine bottle tree. The backyard is full of gardens, fruit trees, a small pond full of tadpoles and frogs that can be plugged in for enjoyment during the day. The back arbor has a porch swing and the lights come on at night for your enjoyment sitting outside as the evening cools down. There is a clay chiminea for a fire as weather cools down. November & December there are fresh oranges and satsuma tangerines to eat or squeeze for fresh juice and we will provide a juicer! The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Totally safe for walking, biking and all outdoor activities. lift, Uber and taxis easily available. There’s a small chicken coop and five chickens out behind the greenhouse. Someone will come over in the am to feed them and in the pm to collect eggs. They are fenced in and if you have dog, please make sure you keep the dog on a leash in the back yard if the dog acts aggressive so as not to scare the chickens.
