Our 3rd floor condo offers a cozy weekend escape for up to two adults and two small children. For longer stays, we recommend no more than two guests due to the limited storage space. The kitchenette features a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and cookware/kitchenware. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and the two built-in bunk beds in the hallway are just the right size for children. The bathroom features a full-size shower. All bedding and bath towels are provided. After a day at the beach (just two minutes away), kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 40" TV with Spectrum Cable, or if you have a Netflix account, use our free WiFi and high-speed internet for "movie night." Sometimes we all need a little a little break from our electronic devices. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crash on the beach or watching the seagulls playfully fly by can provide relaxing moments. When you arrive at Villa del Sol, you will need to stop by the front office and register. The registration fee is $15. The staff will give you a sticker to put on your windshield. If security doesn't see the sticker, your vehicle may be towed. When you book our "Simple Beach Retreat Condo" and receive confirmation, rest assured we'll be with you every step of the way to answer all your questions. A few days ahead of your arrival, we'll email you the check-in procedures, lock box code and WiFi details. We want your stay to be safe and carefree. (Note: Villa del Sol charges a $15 registration fee when you check in at the front office. The fee is not part of the condo rental price.) Corpus Christi has received national recognition for its bayfront beaches. The city was named as one of the best family vacation destinations in the country and the North Beach area definitely lives up to that reputation with plenty of activities available for the whole family. With swimming, fishing, jet skiing and kite surfing, there's no shortage of activities in the North Beach area of Corpus Christi. There are several nearby restaurants and souvenir shops, and the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium are within a short walking distance. The popular Hurricane Alley Water Park and Whataburger Field, home of the Corpus Christi Hooks baseball team, are just a five-minute drive away near the Harbor Bridge. Corpus Christi offers public transportation (including trolleys) to nearby attractions and downtown locations. Villa del Sol is a gated condo community with two large pools and private entrances to the beach.
