The space Property features 4 bedrooms (3 x Queen, 1 x Sofa Bed), 2.5 baths (both with bath and shower), a gas fireplace, billiards table, fully equipped kitchen, working spaces with 3 HDMI monitors (27" or larger), 60" Samsung SmartTV, AppleTV, YouTubeTV, full-sized laundry area, high-speed fiber Wifi and covered parking. Surround-sound with internet connectivity, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix (you must use your own ID) . Location is east of 400 northbound just 3 miles from the upscale Perimeter Mall district and 8 miles from Lenox Square Mall. Access to/from the airport or into downtown during significant traffic is very easy via Marta with North Springs station less a mile away. Smoking in our residence, throwing parties, or bringing unapproved pets indoors will result in immediate eviction. PLEASE NOTE: The exterior of this home, doorbells and the isolated owner-occupied section (basement separate rear-entry studio) are monitored 24x7 with Ring security cameras. Guest access Guests have complete access to entire house (2 levels, carport & back patio, front yard, garage, etc) except for an isolated owner-occupied studio (rear separate exterior-entry, basement-level). The attic is for long-term storage and not accessible to short term renters. Other things to note Smoking indoors, indoor pets, and hosting any gatherings with unregistered guests are strictly forbidden. Absolutely no pets allowed inside our home without written advanced approval (on a basis of a multi-month stay, special needs with associated license/paperwork, etc). This is necessary in order to avoid impacting other guests who may be allergic or extra sensitive, as well as damage to hardwood floors, furniture and/or rugs. Important: - Pets/Smoking indoors is immediate eviction. No exceptions. - If unregistered guests arrive you will have to alter your booking to register them and pay extra charges if applicable. - Studio (isolated, basement-level, separate rear-entry) is owner-occupied. - We reserve the right to verify ID at check-in. Do not book on behalf of others without alerting us Please note: If a written advanced allowance is made for any pets on the above specialized basis there will be a $100/night boarding fee associated which will be used towards an insurance policy to cover possible damage, the cleaning of hair/allergens, etc.
