Great linens, towels, wifi, local guide books, smart TV and a private outdoor space. Walk to the funky town of Fairfax (15 minutes) with restuarants, shops & night-life. Hit the best biking & hiking trails in the Bay Area , 30 minutes to San Francisco or wine country. Note: kitchenette does not have a stove The space I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest access Guests have the studio unit and private side patio and entrance. Guest enter through the gate on the right side of the house. There is a lock box by the door. There is easy parking on the street. Other things to note There’s lots of wildlife around- deer, quails, raccoons and chickens close by. Many nights you can hear distant coyotes too.
