Direct waterfront, 2 decks over looking the lake. One kayak and one canoe onsite for guest use. Great entertaining space with lots of outdoor seating. The location is perfect for day trips to the Finger Lakes or Adirondacks. 2 miles to Point Place Casino. Golf courses, wineries and restaurants near by. 20 min to Syracuse Great home for all 4 seasons. Excellent location for fishermen within 3 miles to state boat launch. 6 person hot tub available year round The space The house has 4 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Tie bedrooms are king size beds and two bedrooms are full size beds. Large open concept kitchen and living area on first floor with views of the lake. The kitchen has an extendable table that can seat eight. The kitchen island has chairs for 4. Upstairs has a lounge/bar area with a couch for sleeping and room for air mattress, along with a chair that is a convertible twin sleeper. There is room for air mattresses so please feel free to bring one if needed. Off of the lounge there is a sun room with a queen sized pull out couch for sleeping. There are doors on the sunroom to close for a private sleeping room. Off of the sun room is an upstairs deck with seating and beautiful views of the lake. Washer and dryer are available for guest use located in the first floor bathroom. We have a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen that makes a pot of coffee or single use. Upstairs there is a Nespresso machine that takes vertuo pods. There is a private dock available for use if you bring a small boat. Please contact owner to discuss ahead of time. Outside on main deck we have a 6 person hot tub. Available year round. Please note that Kayak and outdoor deck cushions will be put away for the winter and put back out for use Mid April. Put away from November through mid April. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home. This is our home that we rent out while traveling. We do keep the closets locked with our belongings. The dressers will be empty for use and there will be garment racks available to hang belongings in each of the bedrooms. The garage space and refrigerator in garage is also used for owners belongings. Feel free to use the dock, but please stay off of the boats for safety reasons. Please do not swim around or near boats or lifts We welcome friendly trained dogs. Please keep your pet off of furniture and beds. Other things to note If planning on swimming in the lake it is best to wear water shoes as the area out front is rocky. Feel free to bring kayaks, floats and other lake toys. You can also bring your own boat. We have an empty boat lift that will fit smaller fishing boats. Please contact owner before bringing personal boat.
