Direct Waterfront Getaway with Year-Round Amenities Enjoy stunning lake views from two spacious decks directly overlooking the water. Our location is ideal for day trips to the Finger Lakes or Adirondacks, and we’re just: • 2 miles from Point Place Casino • Minutes from golf courses, wineries, and restaurants • 20 minutes to Syracuse The space This spacious lakefront home features 4 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating groups of all sizes. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds, while the other two have full-sized beds. The open-concept first floor boasts a large kitchen and living area with stunning lake views. The kitchen includes an extendable dining table for up to eight guests and an island with seating for four. The bar/loft area is decorated with a fishing and hunting theme, featuring unique taxidermy pieces and handcrafted wooden decoys by Jon, a waterfowl artist. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy lounge/bar space with a couch, convertible twin chair, and plenty of room for an air mattress (feel free to bring your own). Just off the lounge, a sunroom offers a queen pull-out sofa, doors for privacy, and direct access to the upper deck—perfect for relaxing with beautiful lake views. For your convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the first-floor bathroom. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Keurig machine in the kitchen (brews both full pots and single cups) and a Nespresso Vertuo machine upstairs. Step outside to the main deck where you can unwind year-round in the 6-person hot tub. Seasonal note: The kayak and outdoor deck cushions are available mid-April through October and stored away from November through mid-April. ****please limit outside noise after 10pm. No loud music on deck after 10pm. We live very close to our neighbors and we want to be respectful to them Guest access Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire home and yard during their stay. This is our personal home, which we rent out while traveling, closets are locked for our private belongings. All dressers are empty for guest use, and each bedroom includes a garment rack for hanging clothing. The garage is separate and locked reserved for owner use. Guests are welcome to enjoy the dock for relaxing, fishing, or taking in the view. For safety, please stay off the boats and avoid swimming near the boats or lifts. Our personal boat is kept at the dock, and on rare occasions, we may take it out—we’ll always let you know in advance and will access it via a neighboring pathway to ensure your privacy. Other things to note Lake & Water Activities If you plan to swim in the lake, we recommend wearing water shoes, as the area in front of the house is rocky. Guests are welcome to bring kayaks, floats, and other lake toys to enhance their time on the water.
