The recently renovated kitchen is right off the dining room. There is also a bedroom/office downstairs with a new, extremely comfortable Tuft & Needle mattress, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs has three more bedrooms: an office in the center, a huge bedroom with a 50 inch TV (air mattress available), and a medium-sized bedroom with another TV and Tuft & Needle mattress, and charming balcony that looks onto the backyard. Guests will appreciate the curated art and vintage furniture collection--and all the personality and character of this historic home. Guest access Make yourself at home! You can use pretty much the whole house, and if the weather agrees, all outdoor areas. Please don't enter the garage. The only exceptions inside the house: please don't go into the upstairs bedroom/office closets. (But please do access the linens and other items in the upstairs hall closet). Please don't go in the basement unless you need to do laundry. Other things to note This is an old house (112 years and counting!) and has some quirks. If it's cold out, you should assume that the upstairs will be cooler than downstairs. We have 2 space heaters that you can use, and they will keep upstairs rooms as warm as you want.
