Please do not park in parking spaces of B rental unit. Guest access This listing is for the Front Unit House so absolutely no party/gathering event of any kind is allowed. This is Covid19 era, so everyone is very sensitive about crowds/strangers gathering in their neighborhood. There are other tenants living on the back side of this complex so we do not wish to have complaints from them or neighbors. We will enforce strict codes and will evict renters immediately if there are noise complaints or police called on premise.
