Minute away from dollar stores, Waffle house, restaurants, and gas stations. 15 minutes from Augusta mall, and 25 minutes to downtown Augusta. Enjoy your stay in Augusta/Grovetown area at this room in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. The space The house has 3 bedrooms on which two room are for rent. The house is not my primary residence but I visit for a few days (1-5 days at the most) every month for work. If I'm around, you may have a housemate for a couple of days.
