At only 16' x 20', this cabin has a 16' tall entrance and full loft with a staircase, not a ladder! Washer & dryer, full kitchen and deck outside The space This is a one of a kind, modern & cozy cabin that was handbuilt in 2017. Our property is just under 6 acres with a year-round tributary stream that runs next to the cabin and into Woods Creek. There is a 200' tall, 5' wide old growth cedar tree right outside, and the water that feeds the cabin is from a natural spring fed well that used to supply our house. There is a queen size bed, cooling gel memory foam topper, and super neat four poster bed. The ceilings are vaulted and low. PLEASE WATCH YOUR HEAD!!! There is a tire swing across the creek that you are welcome to use, but please don't use the really long swing with the wooden seat next to the fire pit. Guest access Guests are welcome to hike all through the wooded areas of our property to the north. If bringing kids, we have a play structure for our kids that guests may use. Feel free to ride the tire swing across the creek anytime! You will more than likely meet our friendly Shar Pei, Sampson. Don't be scared, he barks because his wrinkles are so heavy he can't see you, lol. Just let him have a sniff, and he'll leave you alone. FYI, Sampson likes to go outside around 1030 am to bark at the air and let everyone know he's there, lol! Our home is just south of the cabin, and we live here full time. Other things to note Colman Saluspa Hot Tub Instructions - Tub is set to 102 degrees and the panel auto locks. Hold the lock/ unlock button for 3 seconds to unlock. once unlocked you can turn on the jets. If you see an error code, you can reset the main plug by the back door and contact me. Super fast Wifi with a dedicated network for the cabin. The router is located in the cabin and includes an ethernet port for direct access! Upstairs TV has smart features/apps available on the DVD player. Downstairs TV has Roku in guest mode on HDMI 3, and the DVD player on HDMI 2. Four poster queen size bed is a Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The radio alarm clock upstairs has a USB port and audio phone jack. There is also a wireless charger and sanitizer for your phone.
