Escape to our quiet and comfortable West Seattle home - perfect for couples, working professionals, or adventurers! Relax in the hot tub, tour our garden, hike to our private neighborhood beach, or kick back and binge watch all of your favorite movies and shows. The space Located in a quiet SW Seattle neighborhood just off the Puget Sound, our separate 500 sq. ft. guesthouse offers a private entrance, large fenced backyard, a hot tub, heat/AC, full kitchen and bath, coffee, tea, snacks, and plenty of free parking. Relax in the hot tub or head out on a 15 minute hike to our private neighborhood beach with sweeping Puget Sound views! We're located 25 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from downtown Seattle, and 5 minutes from the Vashon Island/Southworth Ferry terminal. During the summer, feel free to relax on our backyard patio and tour our lush, beautiful garden. All dogs are welcome in our space, we just ask you keep our space clean, not let them on the furniture, and pick up after your pups. We do not allow cats due to severe allergies. Property access is only allowed to registered guests, no visiting guests are allowed during your stay. When designing the space, we wanted every aspect to feel like the perfect combination of a vacation and home, inviting comfort, luxury, and relaxation. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! The east-facing bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed and dresser, please note the space between the bed is narrow on both sides. The full bathroom contains a shower/bath and many other essentials. Our kitchen offers an electric range and stove, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, blender, non-stick pots and pans, baking essentials, spices, a coffee maker, and Chemex. The living room has a 55in UHD television, books, games, and puzzles. There are some basic cable channels available, and you're welcome to login to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. The large, fully-fenced backyard is shared and you may see the property owners that live on the main house with their dog Toby, coming and going from the home. During the warmer months, you're welcome to tour the garden and we'd be happy to offer you some of our fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs. You are welcome to use our fire pit and outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful PNW summer nights! We just ask you provide your own firewood, ensure the fire is completely out when you're done, and respect our quiet hours of 9pm-7am. Missing anything or questions about the space? Let us know! Guest access The entire guest house is private for your use, the hot tub is also for Airbnb use only. Other things to note Dogs are welcome to join, and we have been able to keep our pet fee very low, however if excess amount of dog hair and paw prints are seen on the bedding or on the couch, or if you fail to pickup most of your dogs waste outside, you will be subjected to an additional cleaning fee of $50. Hot tub use; the hot tub is exclusively for you to use during your stay, we have strict spa rules that must be followed (posted on the tub). The spa is cleaned and maintained before and after each guest. For any rules not followed (not showering prior to use, oils found in the water, etc) you will be subjected to an additional $100 cleaning fee.
