This sparkling new detached single family house is designed, end-to-end, for the business traveler or weekend vacationer. This spacious home, with a view of the Bay, will be all yours! Amenities include an all-new fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas BBQ grill, coffee makers with complimentary coffee, WiFi, flat screen TV’s, DVD players, and pretty much everything you need to ensure an enjoyable stay. Keyless entry for both front door and attached garage provide ease and security The space The 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath house comfortably sleeps 6, and maximum of 8 , with the additional sofa bed. The bright house is full of windows therefore has a lot of natural lighting. The 1st level has an open concept floor plan, living room, dining and kitchen and 1 bedroom (queen size bed) and 1 bath. The 2nd level has 2 master suites. One bedroom has a queen size bed, with an en suite bath, view of the Bay and the master bedroom has a Cal King bed and large en suite bath with a soaking tub and shower. The second level also has a washer/dryer. All three bedrooms have their own deck where guests can step out and sit on the deck chairs and relax. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and the upstairs bedrooms also has a DVD player. The living room is also equipped with a large wall mounted smart TV and a DVD player. Guests have access to their own spacious 2 car garage at the ground level of the house. There is also another set of washer/dryer in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, coffee makers, stainless steel stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, large stainless-steel water & ice dispensing refrigerator and large granite island and countertops. Guests will also have access to an outdoor BBQ grill. Alameda typically has cool climate with a breeze coming from the bay, so most houses do not have air conditioning and this house included. Even on warm days, you will find it cools off quickly in the evening. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and the other 2 bedrooms have tower fans. There is also a centralized thermostat controller for heat. Guest access Guests will have access to the attached ground-level garage. The garage door height is 75 inches and cannot accommodate taller vehicles. Other things to note Guests with no host reviews are required additional information prior to booking. There will be no filming or photography done in the property without consent from us. We like to have fun, but we also like to be exceptional neighbors. As is the case with many houses built, we are very close to our neighbors. We ask you to bring your louder conversations in doors after 10pm. Absolutely no loud music and parties. No Pets, No Smoking , No Drugs in the premises. City of Alameda Ordinance prohibits smoking both inside the house and anywhere in the property.
