Apartment is centrally located, close to the airport and all amenities, making your stay hassle free. The space A one-bedroom apartment, consisting of the main area having a kitchen-dining-sitting area as well as a main bathroom. This apartment has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. - The double bed caters for 2 Guests (base occupancy at standard rate) - There is also a sofa bed which sleeps another 2 guests (at an extra cost). Should the base occupants (2 guests) wish to have separate sleeping arrangements, and make use of both the bed and the sofa bed, the extra bedding laundry fee needs to be paid. The bathroom is within the same apartment, and not shared with other guests. Towels and linen are included. AC is available for use, in both the bedroom and sitting area. The apartment is equipped with a Hair dryer, Safe and an Iron. Ironing Boards, Baby Items (Cot and Booster Chair) and the Use of the Laundry Room (Detergents not included) are available upon request :) Guest access As soon as you book your stay, you can forward a copy of the IDs/Passports of all Guests that will be staying over. Once all documents are in hand, we will send you an access code and instructions on how to get into the apartment :) Please also advise Check-in (after 14:00) and Check-out times (by 11:00). If you have a late evening flight back home and would like us to keep your luggage at reception, until it is time for your departure, please inform us beforehand. Late Check-out, at an extra charge and subject to availability, is also available. Other things to note ECO TAX - The Environmental Contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older. It amounts to €0.50 per person per night, and is capped at €5 per person. If you are interested, let us know, so that we can check for availability with our supplier. Option 3: You can take any of the bus routes that start with an X (X1, X2, X3, X4) and stop at the Marsa Park + Ride Bus Terminus. From there you can take bus 62 and stop at bus stage 'Tin' and walk a few meters to the apartment. Option 4: You can take any of the bus routes that start with an X (X1, X2, X3, X4) and stop at the Marsa Park + Ride Bus Terminus). From there you can walk from the Marsa Park + Ride to the apartment. It is roughly a 10 minute walk (1km).
