Newly finished modern and spacious basement apartment with private entrance and immaculately clean. Close to Hill Air Force Base, Antelope Island, Skiing, Lagoon, shopping, and a variety of dining options. Located in a quiet, modern neighborhood with a fishing pond greenbelt, parks with walking paths, tennis courts, and play ground close by. Private playground and picnic area just outside the entrance to the apartment. Large screen tv, office area, and wifi. Comfy atmosphere. Master bedroom with King bed, another bedroom with two double beds. King Bedroom has a comfortable chair with reading lamp. Private fenced picnic area and playground just outside apartment entrance. Laundry facilities available for a fee. Off street parking and ski equipment storage. Guests can only park one vehicle unless permission is asked for more. Guest access You will receive the code to the door the morning of check in. Check in is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am. Please make sure your car is parked at an angle in rocked driveway area so another car can pull next to yours. To get to the private entrance to the apartment, follow the sidewalk in the front of the house to the gate, pull the string to unlatch and then make sure the gate is tightly shut coming and going. Follow the sidewalk to the wide steps going into the basement apartment. Simply punch in the code and the door will unlock. Other things to note The full basement apartment is part of the owner occupied home upstairs. There is another B&B on the other side of the full basement apartment that sleeps 6. Large families may want to consider renting both B&Bs. Access door can be opened between the two B&Bs, which is otherwise normally shut off and locked. We do not accept 3rd party reservations - the person(s) making the reservation need to be the guests staying and checking in. Parking for one vehicle only unless permission is asked for more.
