This home comes with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full and luxurious baths, a warm and cozy family room with a fireplace, a charming dining room with comfortable seating for 8, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely sunroom. It has a generously large backyard with a BBQ gas grill available on the deck. PS: Please be well informed about the fire and safety regulations of the City of Niagara - as it clearly states, that recreational outdoor fires are not allowed. Guest access Guests will have full access to anything and everything on the property excluding the basement (as it is used by the owner or the property manager). The kitchen is stocked with complimentary coffee and tea for your enjoyment. NOTE: Charging electric vehicles on the Property is not allowed without permission. Guests who would like to recharge their electric vehicles with their own portable chargers, will be charged an additional $50 per day for the same. (Permission to be obtained in advance). Other things to note Did you forget a few essentials or develop an intense craving for a snack? NOT TO WORRY! There is a complex located just around the corner - right behind the house, with a Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Busy Bee Food Mart to meet all your immediate needs! Feel free to rest up and stock up, before you head on down to the Falls.
