Shore Pine Coastal Annex
Description
This 2008 Forest River Surveyor has laminate wood flooring, a Roku and DVD TV as well as full fridge/freezer! The trailer is set apart from other homes by a back fence, stand of shore pines and greenery along the road. The property is a corner slice that helps give the location a very private, woodsy feeling. The space It can be hard to find a nights stay or two on your 101 travels. This camp trailer has a cush queen bed, full fridge and even a full bath! The sofa pulls out into a slightly larger twin— could fit two but it is most likely more comfortable to sleep one. There are various games and extra blankets for those who are looking to hideaway in the wintery weather. With the shore pines rustling in the wind and salty air to fill your lungs, even a pit stop here can give you the rest you need to take on the next winding coastal drive! Guest access There are limited amenities. We offer a sitting area outside the camper - a picnic bench, Adirondacks and outdoor lighting. There is extra parking that can handle a drift boat or two vehicles. Other things to note We have had a few guests refuse to respond to our request to be greeted. This is problematic as we share some basic camp trailer details and procedures that need to be followed. Nothing major but knowing when to engage the septic could be useful! We will normally be taking care of that... but in the off chance—- please follow the procedures! As with many trailers, the hot water heater is tiny—- thus showers are hot but short! There is a 7% transient lodging tax for the city of Port Orford that is built in to the nightly rate.
