Situated only 3 miles from downtown Cincinnati, this home is located just across the river and is the perfect location for all Cincinnati attractions while avoiding the parking and hassles of a big city. The house is privately located on a very quiet street with no houses in front or behind it. We have great neighbors on either side. We ask that you please be respectful of them. There is plenty of parking in front of the house. The open concept and great outdoor spaces make gathering with friends and family easy and comfortable! Downtown Cincinnati is a quick 5-10 minute car ride away. Recommended transportation is by car or Uber. We have off street parking for 3 cars and additional on street parking in front of the house is available.
