You will be renting the entire 2BR Villa (not a room) located within 3 mi from Las Vegas Strip w/capacity for 6 guests, spacious living room, dinning area, full kitchen stocked w/ cooking utensils & appliances. King bed in Master bdr, a Queen bed in 2nd bdr plus a sofa-bed in the living room. Master bathroom with garden tub, Washer/Dryer in-suite and a balcony/terrace. Wifi, Cable TV, A/C, and access to resort amenities such as the Outdoor pools, Fitness center & Games room. Parking available. Guest access Guest will have access to the apartment plus all the amenities at the resort. There is a daily fee of $24.95 + tax per unit (not per person) charged by the resort for access to all the amenities and includes the Wifi connection. Fee is paid in person upon arrival at check-in time. Debit cards are also accepted, but no cash deposits are accepted. Enhanced cleaning protocols using EPA‑recommended disinfectants paying particular attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles and television remotes. Housekeeping personnel are required to wear personal protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, throughout the cleaning process.
