There is a private patio at the entry door to enjoy. Please note there are several steps up and down to access the unit from the parking area. Other things to note Please bring in all bags. A good general rule is to not leave valuables outside unattended, or in your car. Asheville is very safe but it's always better to not take any chances. In addition, we do get the occasional bear sighting and the Asheville bears do have a reputation for opening up car doors. Please lock your doors and keep trash inside to avoid their temptation. The space has a commercial-grade HVAC air purifier, that kills/removes viruses, bacteria, mold & allergens, in addition to your own dedicated water heater, thermostat, and high speed internet router. Cameras are located on the property to monitor the parking area only.
