Lemonia Villa is a charming, traditional 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, which is located in the picturesque village of Asteri. The Villa is located 3 km from the sandy beach and 12 km east from the lovely town of Rethymno. The space Lemonia Villa offers a spacious open plan area with a living room, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds each) and three en-suite bathrooms are provided. A beautiful courtyard with a private pool, sun-loungers and umbrellas is also offered. One bedroom with two single beds is provided on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads us to the upper floor, where two more bedrooms are offered. One bedroom with a queen size bed and another with two single beds. An en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin is availabe in every bedroom. Towels, bathrobes, slippers and complementary toiletries "Korres" are also provided. The two bedrooms lead to a big exterior veranda, which gives the possibility to the visitor of admiring the unlimited view of the green around the north side of the village and the sea. Two couches and a dining table are provided on the veranda. A lovely swimming pool, a beautiful garden with roses, orange and lemon trees, as well as a wooden pergola and a stone barbeque and wood burning oven are provided. The private villa is nestled amidst lush trees, providing a serene atmosphere, and beautiful sea views from the upper floor. Asteri is a traditional village of Crete with a very nice tavern with Cretan cuisine and a mini-market only 50 meters away from the villa.
