Mühlheim: Combine proximity to the city with nature - Room #2

The place is close to the "Mühlheim-Dietesheim" S-Bahn station. Frankfurt, Offenbach and Hanau can be reached quickly by S-Bahn (without changing trains) and by car. Quick access to the surrounding highways. Public parking spaces are available and free of charge. In the immediate vicinity there are bakers, butchers, Tegut and Lidl for self-catering, kitchen on site. Several restaurants (Italian, Greek, Yugoslav and German/Austrian cuisine) are also within walking distance. The space The property has a total of a 1 - 4 bed room and two single rooms (see "Mühlheim: Combine city proximity with nature - Room #1 and Room #3"). This room (14.5 square meters) has a loft bed (140 cm by 200 cm) and a sofa, which can also be pulled out to a bed (140 cm by 200 cm). This makes it very flexible and can be used by solo travelers, couples with a shared bed or by two colleagues with separate beds. For 4 people, 2 must each make do with a double bed. The room can also be used cost-effectively for 3 to 4 people. However, you should then be aware that in this case 2 people have to cuddle together in a narrow double bed (1.40 m). Other amenities include a large table with 2 - 4 chairs (depending on the number of people), an open wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, side table and a 32-inch TV with cable connection (with Netflix). Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, water, coffee and a small selection of teas are available free of charge for each room in our renovated (January 2019), small communal kitchen. The room is also suitable for allergy sufferers. No carpet and we don't use fabric softener for bed linens and towels. Allergy sufferers please contact us when booking. Then you will also receive pillows and duvet made of microfiber. The three rooms shared a bathroom with shower. We completely renovated this in January 2021. We have our own bathroom in the front area. With the proximity to Frankfurt Airport (18 km) and the S-Bahn (6 minutes' walk), there is of course some aircraft noise. Not very loud, but you can hear it. Good access to public transport and total peace are unfortunately mutually exclusive. I follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which is based on expert recommendations. Here are some highlights: - I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. - I use cleaners and disinfectants recommended by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. - I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. - I provide extra cleaning supplies so guests can clean the space during their stay. - I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Guest access Our three guest rooms have a private entrance. Room and house keys are handed over personally upon arrival. Upon arrival, please ring the bell at the gate between the two houses, No. 18 and No. 20. After the key handover, our guests can use their own entrance for the guest area regardless of our presence. Deviations from the specified check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please always provide an approximate time of arrival. The house has a beautiful garden with seating and several benches. There you can enjoy the sun on your nose or enjoy mild summer evenings. However, there should be no parties out of consideration for the other residents. Normal volume during conversation is not a problem. During your stay I'd love to answer any questions and tips you may have. If I'm not on site, you can reach me via cell phone. If it works out, I also like to chat with my guests over a drink. Other things to note Like most hosts, I am also employed and have to attend customer appointments. This results in the check-out (until 10:00 am) and check-in times (6:00 pm to 10:00 pm). I need to offer my guests on Airbnb a reliable time in the LONG TERM, but so do my customers. If I know my schedule, then deviations from the specified check-in and check-out times are possible BY ARRANGEMENT. Please ALWAYS provide an approximate time of arrival.
