Nestled in the woods of the SnowPine Village, the location provides exclusive ski-in-ski-out access and prime access to the golf course and hiking and biking trails in summer months, not to mention the breathtaking view. Just minutes away from the Ellicottville Village, there is never a shortage of activities. The slopes await you! The space Located slope side next to "The Wall" ski slope, the location and views could not be better. The unit over looks the SnowPine chairlift and the serene mountains. For skiers there is beginner access to the slopes to and from the unit, as well as an on demand shuttle to the Main Lodge. Everything in the unit has been updated from the kitchen and bathrooms to furniture and décor to doors and woodwork. The living room features lofted ceilings, a state of the art tv, and gas fireplace. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan to add to our guests' comfort. The unit also features a furnished balcony, and ski/golf club locker. There are two private tennis courts on the property and a collection of games and books to enjoy at your leisure. As this is a private property and the parking location is phenomenal for skiers, parking passes are required weekends and holidays in ski season. Upon arrival at the guard station mention you are staying in Unit E302 and passes have been left in the unit for you. Sorry, no dogs allowed. There are two portable A/C units in the condo per the amenities. One is in master and one is in common area servicing living room, kitchen, and loft. Doors must be properly kept shut for best results and thermostats off. Guest access Guest have access to everything in the unit aside from one locked owner's closet. Other things to note We have a zero tolerance policy for parties or any disruptive behavior. Guests will be asked to leave immediately for behavior deemed unacceptable, with no refunds offered.
