All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with special attention given to high-tough items such as door handles, light switches, thermostats, telephones, remote controls, alarm clocks, drapery pulls, furniture knobs, appliances, faucet handles, and toilet and shower handles. The latest cleaning technology from ECOLAB ensures common areas are completely sanitized. Multiple cleaning stations mean easy access to hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Resort staff have been trained by industry-leading cleaning experts from Ecolab on proper disinfection procedures. High-touch surfaces across public areas from telephones and touchscreens to handles and hand railings are frequently cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved, virus-killing products. Furniture spacing encourages hanging out at a safe distance in common areas. You will receive a check-in call to help make your arrival easier and breezier. You can call to coordinate suite-key delivery and minimize contact. Text notifications let you know when your suite is ready. Suite keys are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected before issue. The spacious 1,175 square foot 2BR Deluxe units feature a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living area, full kitchen, balcony and a W/D. The larger 1,550 square foot 2BR Lock Off units may also be available. There's much to discover at this Smoky Mountains resort. Guests will experience service with a smile as well as a full line-up of indoor and outdoor recreation activities to stay happy and healthy. Relax out by one of the two outdoor swimming pools. If it rains, you can always make a splash in one of the two indoor swimming pools.
