The kitchen is complete with granite countertops, extensive maple cabinetry, high-end stone backsplash, stainless steel refrigerator and appliances including a double sink, all-in-one microwave/oven and a brand new dishwasher. Cook on your spacious island with built-in electric stove AND seating for five! The kitchen flows to the family room for open entertaining, which continues with granite countertops running under the large screen TV and across to the stone, wood fireplace. Stay up laughing all night or veg out on the sofas! Guest access You'll have the ENTIRE 2 floors to yourself, completely private including all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dining, kitchen, laundry, great room, sunroom, deck to yourselves! The only shared possibility is if my son/landlord needs to access the driveway via the backyard.
