The portable appliances such as stoves/oven or washing machines, etc. are strictly prohibited in this apartment due to Fire Prevention Regulations and the limit of electrical capacity. Guest access Guests can park in our driveway, use the side entrance and private stairs leading down to the basement apartment. Rooms are lockable. Other things to note There is no security systems installing in the guest room, bathroom or private spaces. No guest’s trailer, large truck is allowed in our private driveway No smoking.
