A perfect getaway or adventure for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 queen bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities! The space ***Please read before booking!**** Some info for an enjoyable stay :) Succurro is a holistic health care facility and small farm. In addition to trainings, workshops, and events, we offer time and space away. For renters, sessions and classes are an option - ask for more info, or learn more about what we do by googling 'Succurro'. **Parking is at the main house, and the tents are a 5-7 walk up an incline.** Please come prepared for an uphill walk, and for carrying your items. Whoever is showing you around will also help transport your things. **We are strict about our 3-8pm check in window!** This is a camping stay, so we do need to show you around. That means, ideally it is still light out, and is also before our bedtime. We keep a typical 'farm schedule', up at dawn and in bed very early, so we do not do late check-ins unless you have notified us well ahead of time. Thank you for understanding! **Camping & COVID** We clean well in between stays, and there is plenty of room for social distancing. Each tent gets their own containers for food storage, and bin with dishes, silverware, and basic condiments -- and is also therefore responsible for cleaning up their dishes and storing them after cooking. **Outdoor showers** Our outdoor showers allow for longer stays. The water comes from the cool mountain springs -- there is not hot water at this time. During the warm months, there are also plenty of places nearby for swimming. **There is no AC** In the Summer, it is not needed in the mountains. There are hot water bottles available, and extra blankets for chilly nights. We are in the mountains, so bring warm clothing no matter what time of year it is! **There is NO cell service or electricity at the tents** Although the kitchen does have electricity/outlets, and you can get WiFi near the house. Please keep in mind this is still camping, even though you have a nice bed to sleep in and view to wake up to! There are no fancy frills; this space is for allowing people to safely and comfortably experience the interconnectedness between themselves and the land. **We love dogs, and welcome yours! However we have strict rules** Dogs must be on a leash on the property, since other guests may have dogs, and they often want to chase our chickens. Please pick up after your dog. Dogs are NOT allowed on furniture, especially the beds. We look forward to hosting you! Please reach out with any questions. Guest access There are 110 acres to roam, as long as guests are respectful of the land. Guests can find us at the main house in case they need anything! Other things to note There are animals on the land: goats, free-roaming chickens, bees, pigs, and dogs!
